The Gujarat Titans continued their impressive IPL 2025 run with a commanding 39-run victory over Kolkata Knight Riders at Eden Gardens on Monday night.

Batting first, Titans posted a total of 188/6, thanks to a fluent 67 from skipper Shubman Gill and a late flourish from Rahul Tewatia. Gill’s aggressive knock included eight boundaries and a six, anchoring the innings after an early loss of wickets.

In response, KKR faltered under pressure and managed only 149/9. Despite a spirited effort from Rinku Singh (41), the team struggled against the Titans’ disciplined bowling attack led by Rashid Khan and Mohit Sharma, who picked up two wickets each.

This victory moves Gujarat Titans into the top three of the IPL 2025 points table, while Kolkata Knight Riders are now under pressure to secure consistent wins in the second half of the tournament.
