Armed Robbers Target Couple on Hyderabad Outskirts, Flee with Valuables

A couple traveling near Shamshabad on the outskirts of Hyderabad was attacked and robbed by a gang of three armed men late Sunday night.
According to police reports, the couple had parked their car briefly when the robbers approached them with country-made pistols and knives. The assailants fled with jewellery, mobile phones, and ₹22,000 in cash.
The victims filed a complaint at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport police station. A special team has been formed to scan CCTV footage and track the gang.
Police suspect the same group was involved in two similar incidents reported earlier this month.
