Shah Rukh Khan Moves Out of Mannat for Two-Year Renovation, Shifts to Pali Hill Luxury Apartment

Mumbai: In a rare shift from his iconic lifestyle, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has temporarily moved out of Mannat, his landmark sea-facing bungalow in Bandra, Mumbai. The actor, along with wife Gauri Khan and daughter Suhana Khan, has taken up residence in a luxurious apartment in Pali Hill as Mannat undergoes a two-year renovation.
The relocation comes as Mannat — a Grade III heritage structure — begins a long-proposed structural makeover that required court and heritage permissions. The Shah Rukh Khan Mannat renovation includes major upgrades and interior changes, signaling one of the biggest transformations of the property to date.
According to sources, the Khan family is now residing in Puja Casa, a premium residential complex co-owned by Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshika Deshmukh. The lease for four full floors was reportedly signed through Red Chillies Entertainment, Shah Rukh’s production company, with a monthly rent of approximately ₹24 lakh.
The apartment is equipped to host not only the family but also security staff, house help, and work-related activities. While it lacks the iconic flair and sprawling layout of Mannat, it ensures privacy and elite living standards for the Khans.
A viral video shared by Filmygyan showed Shah Rukh in a white shirt and Suhana in yellow as they arrived at their new residence — an appearance that lit up social media with admiration and curiosity.
As the renovation of Mannat proceeds, fans eagerly await the upgraded version of the superstar’s symbolic home — a structure that represents decades of his cinematic legacy.
