All India Rank 11, Six Others from Telangana Make It to UPSC 2025 Final List

Seven candidates from Telangana have made it to the final list of the UPSC Civil Services Exam 2025, including Ettaboyina Sai Shivani who secured All India Rank 11.
The announcement brought cheer to families and mentors across the state, especially at Hyderabad-based La Èxcellence Academy.
Other successful candidates include Hari Prasad Potharaju (AIR 255), Preethi Raparthi (451), Nagaraja Naik Banothu (697), Suryateja Thogaru (799), Anjaneyulu Gokamalla (934), and Ramtenki Sudhaker (949).
Srinikesh Naik B (938), Sai Vinod Krishna B (577), and Sai Chaitanya Jadhav (68) also celebrated their success at the academy.
Telangana CM Revanth Reddy congratulated the achievers via a post on X.
All seven had received ₹1 lakh financial assistance under the Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhayahastam scheme in August 2024.
The scheme is aimed at supporting civil services aspirants from economically weaker sections.
This year, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh together produced 33 ranks out of the total 1,009 selected candidates.
Academy director Rambabu P praised the determination and consistency of his students.
Families, mentors, and civil services circles hailed this as a proud moment for Telangana.
